Cool Lung problems

*
Though it has been years, I can still remember the death of my grandfather. It was due to emphysema. It has been his problem since he entered the senior years. This was due to all the smoking that he did when he was still young.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD has a number of conditions that obstruct airflow in and out of the lungs. Examples are bronchitis, emphysema and asthmatic bronchitis.
Here are some suggestions on how you can help reduce the symptoms.
1. Stop smoking.
2. Stay away from smokers and second hand smoke.
3. If outdoor air is bad, stay indoors. Cover your nose and mouth when you go outside.
4. Pay your doctor a regular visit.
5. Protect yourself with flu and pneumonia vaccines.
