Being a caregiver is very rewarding and satisfying. However, it can also be stressful and frustrating at times. Remember 2 things when you are feeling frustrated.
1. Fend it off. When things doesn't seem right, know the things that can be changed and those that cannot be changed. Trying to changed those that can't usually creates further frustration. 2. Take a time out and rest for awhile. Breathe slowly and deeply as you think things through. |
